Guards out side the Mohammed V Mausoleum

The Mohammed V Mausoleum is found in the vicinity of the Hassan Tower. Together, they form one of the most signifcant historical and tourist complex in Rabat. The first king of Independent Morocco lies in the Mausoluem, in addition to two of his sons. The King gathered thousands of people, when he returned from exile in 1955, to thank God for the independency of Morocco.
